Getting Started
🚧Evolving Knowledge Base
The RBTP Knowledge Base is evolving weekly as part of our pilot programs with RBA members. We’d love your input — submit feedback or help shape the protocol in real time by joining a pilot.
Best practice tips
There are a number of practices that help make pilots successful:
- Start simple: Don’t try to boil the ocean on your first pilot – aim to answer one critical question per pilot and reuse existing pilots wherever possible.
- Reuse pilots: You don’t always have to start from scratch – another pilot may have already answered your question. You can find previous pilots in the Pilot Library.
- Prepare your team: Ensure you have people available to contribute input, review outputs and wrangle your supply chain partners in a phase 2 pilot.
- Co-contribution: Seek funding from your organization to contribute to your pilot – this will ensure the pilot program remains sustainable. Expected co-contributions may range from $15-45k for phase 1 and 2 pilots based on scope.
Pilot pathways
Members can follow any pilot pathway that meets their needs. Members could take a linear approach through all phases, or skip phases where they have confidence to proceed. Phase 1 and 2 pilots are public and may contribute to any number of later pilots.
Register your interest
The RBTP program is recruiting participants for Phase 1 and 2 pilots now. If you’d like to start a pilot, register your interest here.
