Collaborative Pilot

The Collaborative pilot brought together actors from across the cobalt, lithium and copper value chains to test and validate RBTP against real-world scenarios of supply chain data-sharing. Twenty-five (25) organizations - including mines, smelters/refiners, OEMs, downstream brands, mineral standard schemes and one government agency – participated in a series of roundtable scenario demonstrations & discussions to review the feasibility and fit of the RBTP for business & technical challenges in supply chain data exchange.

The following pages outline the digital credentials that were created using synthetic but realistic data, the key scenarios that were explored and conclusions for proof of concept, supply chain adoption and technical implementation that were derived from these exercises.
