Phase 4 Pilot - Enterprise Scaling

🚧Evolving Knowledge Base

The RBTP Knowledge Base is evolving weekly as part of our pilot programs with RBA members. We’d love your input — submit feedback or help shape the protocol in real time by joining a pilot.

Objectives: Phase 4 is all about fully integrating RBTP into your core systems and processes and preparing for operation at scale. We’ll help you automate credential issuance, validation and reporting within your ERP or compliance platforms, so you can realize measurable business benefits – like faster audits, streamlined regulatory reporting and enhanced customer trust. Members will become confident advocates for RBTP within their businesses to encourage expansion of the approach to multiple domains.

Process: Our team will support you in integrating RBTP capabilities directly into your enterprise applications and on-board upstream suppliers and downstream partners such as regulators or key customers. You’ll transition from manual exchanges to automated workflows that trigger credential operations without human intervention. As you sequentially add new actors and credential types, we’ll monitor performance metrics and conduct continuous improvement sessions to optimize scalability and user experience.

Commitment: Every phase 4 pilot will be unique and require bespoke approaches and solutions. RBA’s delivery partner will work with you to develop a delivery approach and custom pricing model.

Deliverables: Upon completion of phase 4, you’ll have:

  • System‑integrated RBTP workflows within your enterprise platforms
  • Automated pipelines for credential issuance, validation and reporting
  • A value metrics report quantifying time saved, compliance improvements and risk reductions
  • A scalable roll‑out roadmap and comprehensive training materials for your teams and partners

Learning: by the end of this phase, we want to be illuminating several lightbulb moments:

  • Identity leads to data: Discovery, selective consumption and interoperability are routine.
  • Eliminating duplicated supply chain assurance practice: Industry-wide mutual recognition reduces assurance costs and effort.
  • Trust is more valuable than data: Trust anchor model underpins scaled and global adoption.
